By downloading or using our apps, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the apps.

1. License and Prohibitions

You are not allowed to copy or modify the apps, any part of the apps, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the apps, and you also shouldn't try to translate the apps into other languages or make derivative versions.

The apps themselves, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to them, still belong to Mixify Studio.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain parts of our Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually) through Google Play.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your Google Play Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play Store settings at any time.

3. Content Rights

The images, wallpapers, craft designs, and other digital creative resources provided in our apps are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may set them as your device wallpaper or draw along with them, but you are not allowed to redistribute, resell, or license them as your own work.

4. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

5. Disclaimer

The apps are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. Mixify Studio does not guarantee that the apps will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
